I just realized I listed the two sketches I have are listed under different names, one says Alvin the other Andy. No way I can tell now! They are both by the same artist and I with he was still doing shows to both check his name and get more!
This is a fun stylized Spider-Man. The "Spider-sense was fun, he rolled the brush. When possible it's always fun to watch the work be created.

I think Andy so heading changed...
Did more research and he's now teaching high school in Hawaii. Glad I had a chance to meet him when he was doing his art rounds!
