I hesitate to post this because in the years since I acquired this many less than completely scrupulous people have flooded the market with faux "production" pieces that are nothing but xeroxed copies made many years after the fact. Sometimes they are genuine production pieces but from a much later reprint (and reprints are being made all the time).

This, to the best of my knowledge and experience (and with a very cynical predisposition) is an actual 1961 production piece obtained from a Marvel staffer and used in the actual production of the original comic, which means it predates any newsstand copy of FF #1 and is a relic from the very earliest days of the "Marvel age" of comics. For whatever that's worth.
