Just spectacular, congrats and thanks for sharing!
Gorgeous!! Congrats!!
By Crom, that's nice!
Looove the Skulll!! Huge congrats bro
Nice Duke! The detailing of the flag is awesome! Most of it is covered up in the published book.
Wow...
The cross hatching on the flag is amazing! Congrats!
It's very rare that I care to see anyone other than Buscema drawing Conan, and this is one of those times. Really nice!
I agree. I really felt that Frank was trying to do a buscema style Conan here. That was part of the appeal.
Great choice Duke! This is a beautiful Conan piece.
Crazy details, but the big cat just puts it over the top for me.
Conan and pirates and tigers, oh my! That's a beautiful cover, thanks for sharing.
Excellent pick-up, killer Cho cover!
Magnificent!
Very cool piece. A great composition.
Wow!! this is magnificient, love how he created the textures. Big Congrats Duke!!
This rocks, man. Definitely worthy of a cover image. Got a great shot of Conan, a big cat, and gotta have a pretty girl, right?! This one's got it all, as they say. And all of the hatching on the flag's really a nice capper. Congrats!
Absolute perfection here! Great piece for the collection!
So nice man. The skull looks like the same as the one in Captain Harlock !
Duke... man I've been drooling over this piece since I saw it was available. Congrats on the epic score this one has it all!
I agree with you, this cover is awesome and represent perfectly why Cho is a modern master. Thank you for sharing.
Wow! Wow! Wowzers! This is amazing!
Wow!
Holy Smokes! I've never seen this image. Incredible detail! Unlike you I own all the comics, so I just love the content. A big cat too?!? You're killing me. Beyond cool. Hats way off.
A compliment from Conan? And he reads his own comics!
Yowza! Now that's a cool Conan cover!
Cho mastery on display...
This is THE Conan cover, spectacular!
In my eyes, one of the most bautiful pieces in your collection...
I love the texture on the sails! Aarrr, me hearties!
An instant classic!
The crosshatching on the pirate flag is phenomenal. A pity that on the book, it gets covered up by Conan title.
Love this piece! Conan the Freebooter ahoy!!! Great detail and that Jolly Roger is wonderful. Congrats on this!!
Love this one, congrats!
So good.... this is Frank at his best! Barbarian, Beauty and Beast!
Beautiful! The pirate ship setting is totally inspired, as is the way Frank leverages the Jolly Roger on the (incredibly cross-hatched!) sails in what some might call a "subtle visual cue"... :) The patented and potent Cho clean line and fine details are everywhere here, from the knots in the ropes to the grain of the wood (and the blood coursing down the steps!) to the -amazing- touch on the weapons and clothing (I can't stop staring at Conan's right arm, wrist bands, hand, and axe)... Incredible! Belit looks +stunning+, of course, and it wouldn't be a Conan cover (or fitting Frazetta tribute) without a great cat some kind, right? A piece one could sail away on, Duke (...if one dared...)! Fantastic pick up!
Had to swing past and swoon over all the lovely details again (after your latest Cho Monsters and Dames add) and I just can't get over that flag! Such beautiful cross-hatching! Gorgeous and glorious work - congrats again!
