Description

Reading the original Marvel Zombies back in the 2000's was an experience I haven't forgotten. I was shocked by the fact that these beloved characters were reduced to flesh eating, rotting zombies. But wow, was I hooked and incredibly frightened throughout the story.

I have always been drawn to collecting the covers of the printed comics but had never thought to search for some original Marvel Zombie art. I'm happy I did. I found these two glorious pages.

These pages tell of the Death of the Silver Surfer and the transfer of his cosmic power to the zombies. Great sequence! Plus, this is my first Sean Phillips art!

What a fantastic art page in the Marvel Zombies series. It's a great splash of the Surfer fighting all of the Zombie heros. I wished I owned all of these pages. Thanks for posting and stay in touch.

Outstanding page from Marvel Zombies! Incredible example of Sean Phillips' ability to do almost anything on a comics page. Love the compositiion, the number of characters and the amount of action. Plus the inks really make the panels sing!
