Very nice. There is lost Byrne X-Men art hidden beneath that second panel.
In revising this issue for editorial, the setting of the story was changed to a funeral. Some of the funeral art, like this, was pasted into place over previously drawn images.
Original Byrne pencils have been found under other paste-ups on other pages from this issue.

I would love to see the hidden panels under all the paste-ups of the multiple pages and even I would buy an edition without the paste-ups as a complement to Phoenix: the Untold Story!
