Description
This is the issue of the series where things got really weird, literally, as the title changed from All-Star Western (#11) to Weird Western Tales #12. So technically a 1st issue cover. I guess it was a good idea as the series had a lengthy run for 71 issues. This stunning cover features a striking pose of El Diablo (Lazurus Lane) on horseback and was published in 1972.

No one drew old Indian men like Joe Kubert. Loved El Diablo! I never saw this cover when it originally appeared. It's amazing.
