DescriptionThis is the issue of the series where things got really weird, literally, as the title changed from All-Star Western (#11) to Weird Western Tales #12. So technically a 1st issue cover. I guess it was a good idea as the series had a lengthy run for 71 issues. This stunning cover features a striking pose of El Diablo (Lazurus Lane) on horseback and was published in 1972.Social/Sharing |

No one drew old Indian men like Joe Kubert. Loved El Diablo! I never saw this cover when it originally appeared. It's amazing.

Awesome cover--Kubert is so good, and such a perfect match for a moody Western vibe. Killer horse!

Another impressive highlight in your mighty Kuber collection ! Amazing action posed "hero" and Joe'ss old indians and grinning skulls are top-notch horror classics !
