Sexy Velma Tied Up

This is one of two...interesting commissions from the same client. Just so everyone that reads this description is aware, this is the first and last time I'll ever do this kind of artwork. BDSM is not my thing and I'd rather keep it out of my craft. To that end, I tried to keep this rendering of Velma Dinkley of Mystery Incorporated aka The Scooby Gang as tasteful as I could. Etched on 9 x 12" with mixed media, keeping the background simple made it very time effective to complete and move on to Daphne, the companion piece. The light overhead gives it a suspenseful feel, and I've even thrown in the staple easter eggs like Velma without her glasses and a torn Scooby collar. It's also given me a chance to experiement with both fresh and dried up Micron pens for shadow effects. The baggy sweater is also what I'm proud of with its surface detail, accomplished with modest inking, different orange tones, and hard lead prismacolor.
