Description

A cool image of ranger Luthor Ironheart, Bob Violence and the Plex under siege. No Ruben but this piece really captures the flavor of the series for me.

But what really sold me on this piece were those bIg, beautiful, round� ahem� eyes. No really, Chaykin draws the best eyes, so expressive and sexy. Can't forget to mention Luthor's old robot-man a$$ (which begs the question why do robots get old man spread anyways?).

I believe this is the only true Chaykin double page splash from American Flagg, at least for us purists that believe a splash is always a single panel featuring a single image. Get outta here with that 1/2 splash BS!
