Mickey's Christmas Carol Scrooge McDuck Production Cel with Line Test Overlay (Walt Disney, 1983). Mickey Mouse returned to the big screen in this short after being away since 1951. Alan Young ("Wilbur" on the old Mr. Ed TV series) provided the voice for Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge in this Academy Award-nominated theatrical cartoon. This is a huge hand-painted production cel of Ebenezer Scrooge as he climbs the stairs in his home. A line test overlay cel is over the cel which bears a Disney seal in the lower left corner. The character image measures a whopping 10" tall on a 16 field cel. The piece is in a 22" x 18" frame under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 14" x 10" and has a Disney Certificate of Authenticity affixed to the back. Very Good condition.
