Description

Set this up with Dave and Essential Sequential at NYCC 2019. Dave wasn't able to get to it at the show, so he worked on it at home, which is always a win/win...he gets to relax a bit and I get a more detailed piece! This came out amazing...I seriously couldn't have asked for more.

The inspiration for it was a piece Dave had drawn in 2018 that he had posted on his Instagram. It was a fantasy looking skull guy with a pretty girl and some roses for a border...beautiful layout with great crosshatching. I asked for something like that but with a sci-fi bent. And the main image being a skull guy in a cool helmet. While showing him that original image, he mentioned that he still had it and if I'd be interested. Absolutely! So, I got a nice package in the mail today, with both pieces. So cool. I've posted that one as well.
