Leni Muller, the former Nazi Sky Witch and one of the earliest officers to wear a badge at Precinct 10, reveals the ins and outs of the force as only an insider can.

The first panel shows the havoc Bob "Blindshot" Booker wreaks while getting you where you're supposed to be. The second panel shows the dealings of the Cosa Nosferatu, the vampire mob that controls gang activity in Neopolis. The third panel shows the science lawyers who defend those netted by Top Ten.

Love the transit system detail Gene put into the first panel.

Some of Ha's best and most resonant work is for Top Ten - Alan moore has a way of bringing the best out of his artists. Stunning page!
