DescriptionThis is the final page / title page of Tony Daniel's story "Penance" from "The Joker 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular" that was released this month. This awesome full splash shows the Joker having his last laugh as he exits the church at the conclusion to the story.If you look at the original art you can see the Joker is tossing a coin in the air. This detail is a key element to the entire story. If you read the story you'll understand how important it is. However, in the published page the coin is almost completely covered by HA HA's and is not easily seen in the Joker's possession. Yet another example of why the original art is often so much better than the final product. Social/Sharing |

Oh yeah, totall agree why you gotta see the OA :) A great capper page, man. Loving the Joker looking so happy with himself. And isn't there something about the ulimate evil bad guy walking out of a church?! Congrats!
