Description

(unknown animation studio) Rice Krispies cereal was first sold back in 1928. The first mascot for the brand, an elf-like cook later named Snap, debuted in 1933.His friends Crackle and Pop appeared a few years later.

This 4-cel setup on original hand-painted background features the original mascot, Snap.

Based on the cereal box and black and white art, the background is circa 1957-1960. Snap, however, is in color, and may be from a later commercial.

If anyone happens to know which commercial(s) these are from - or which animation studio worked on these, please let me know.
