DescriptionGreen Lantern vs a bunch of miniature Electros with Carol Ferris in some kind of bubble thing!!I read this issue, and I'm still not exactly sure what happens in it, but I love the cover image. I'm a big fan of Mark Bright, who did the pencils. Romeo Tanghal is a self-taught Phillipino inker who emigrated to the U.S. in 1976. He worked his way up the ranks until he became the inker for George Perez on The New Teen Titans from 1984 to 1988 (#1-2, 4-5, 7-38, 40, Annual #1). He was the principal inker for Green Lantern & other Green Lantern spin-offs from 1991 to 1997, and then many other DC titles beyond that. I love his inking on this piece. Thanks for looking! How funny! I was looking at this cover thinking these were Electro alien children... then I read your description! This could make a great "What If" Marvel/DC crossover cover! What If... Electro had 100 kids who hated the Green Lantern? I know I'd buy a copy!

Oh shit! The first thing I thought was "I'm going to comment about how it looks like a bunch of mini Electros are attacking Green Lantern, Paul will get a good chuckle out of that!", only to see that you saw the same thing and West already commented about it! So funny... A fun DC cover!

So DC got permission to use Electro, huh?! "As long as they're mini ones" :) First thing I thought too when I saw this! You can tell this cover took Bright/Tanghal some time. Lots to look at and subsequently like! Congrats!
