Description

Detective Comics #976 original cover art for "Batmen Eternal, Part 1" (May 2018). This cover depicts a scene from the story where Batman and Red Robin get into it, ultimately leaving with Red Robin storming out of the Batcave. Eddy Barrows' Batman is great as always, with a grim frustrated look, with an even more frustrated Red Robin in the background. I also love the depth and detail of the cave and the stairs that Red Robin is storming up. Eddy's attention to detail is something I love in pretty much all of his art. Pencils done by Eddy Barrows, and inks done by Eber Ferreira on 11" X 17" DC art board.

Love the intensity of that close up. Scary as hell. Just the way Batman should be.
