This is just nostalgia overload for me. No splashy Spidey suit or webslinging action needed. Just pure raw talent by Bagley and amazing inks to match.

Oh, classic!!!! I LOVE this moment. I remember reading this and thinking "FINALLY, after 400 issues of ASM history, she finally knows and has known for a long time!". So poignant, and of COURSE Pauly P owns it! Congrats, man. As for the follow up story, I did what I've always done when Marvel ruined a good story by trying to tell readers not to believe what came before: I put it out of my mind and the newer, terrible idea/story is the one that for me doesn't exist.

Remember this moment distinctly as well as the rest of the book. Landmark 400th issue with the tombstone cover! She knew. Shew knew?! Well, not really :) But yeah, a key moment that knocked me for a loop. But behind this lies something sinister orchestrated by none other than Norman. Whew. Yup, this dude has messed with Pete SO much. But what about Harry?! At least Norman respected Pete, in a way. But I digress! Great pages - congrats!

You acquired two grails here from milestone issue 400, and noneless from one of poignant moments in Spidey history on several levels like you reminded us of. Huge congrats for those two gems. Try and leave some to us poor Bags fans now, for a change. ;-)

This was a wonderful sequence. I think Amazing Spider-Man #400 was the only Spidey book to ever bring a tear to my eyes. Of course, they undid it later because no death in comics is permanent. But at the time this issue came out, we didn't know that.
