Joe Giella cover recreation Batman #9

This is the standout of my art collection that I got as an early Christmas present this year. 2020 was a drag, but this piece totally lifted mine and my family's spirits. Thanks to my pal Jeff for putting this all together.

When I asked Joe to do the recreation, I said that I don't want a carbon copy, I want the Giella touch and Joe hit it out of the ballpark, and he is 92 years young. The oldest living Batman artist.

As I told you on the phone Joe, thank you so much for this beautiful piece that I will treasure forever.
