Back in 2007, I got the idea to do
a series of commissions in which artists re-interpret entire panel pages from Marvel Two in One 76 (the first comic I ever bought as a kid) in their style, using only a re-created script and reference images to work from. A short 13 years later, the cover and all the story pages have now been re-done.
For this final page from the story, Lou Manna gives his take on the reunion of our heroes with their gals, followed by everyone literally walking off into the sunset. Ace inks are from the slick brush of Bill Anderson.
I have multiple commissions from Lou and Bill in my gallery. I hope others will seek out their work for commissions of their own.
