Back in 2007, I got the idea to do
a series of commissions in which artists re-interpret entire panel pages from Marvel Two in One 76 (the first comic I ever bought as a kid) in their style, using only a re-created script and reference images to work from. A short 13 years later, the cover and all the story pages have now been re-done.
There is some next-level villainy happening on this page. Not content to steal from circus crowds, the Ringmaster explains his evil plan to hypnotize and rob everyone in New York City.
I love everything about this re-imagined page, including that large image of the Ringmaster at the top. Pencils are by John Hebert. Inks are by Bill Anderson. My thanks to both gentlemen for their stellar work.
