14.25x21.5" Strathmore artboard has pen and ink original art by Irv Novick. Art is for page 2 of Sea Devils #14, published by DC, Dec. 1963. Page from War of the Underwater Giants story features five panels, showing the Sea Devils team telling a tale to the artist himself, Irv Novick about a battle between the mythological characters of Neptune and Hercules depicted in 1/3 page panel at bottom of page. Top margin has stat title/logo and handwritten issue/page numbers. Bottom right has pencil date. Reverse has Comics Code Authority inkstamp. Artboard has some scattered soiling/dust soiling at margins, but art remains clean and VF overall.
