Description
Among Rusty Riley and Frank Godwin fans, this storyline stands out as among his best and is sought after by collectors. Really nice image of the castle. Many Rusty Riley dailies are marred by glue stains from zip-a-tone use but this sequence is free from those issues. The dark and spooky atmosphere gave Godwin a chance to showcase his mastery of light and shadows.

Yeah, the shadowplay here is just phenomenal. The strip was consistently masterful, but this story was great to see if for no other reason than to see Godwin draw something completely out of the norm for this strip. Great stuff!

Your welcome Jeff! Hopefully you will enjoy these like I did for 20 years...it was time for a new caretaker, I think I picked a good one!
