Warlock makes his MCU debut this weekend in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3!

Fora couple of minutes, I thought this was one of the covers from the 1980's reprint series, until I noticed the 1992 date, which confused me even more because the only Warlock title I recall being published back then was the one with "The Infinity Watch". I was still reading/collecting in '92 but have no memory of this reprint series' existence. Such a cool way to find out there are even more kick ass Starlin cosmic covers than I knew about! Beautiful, luscious inks, too. A real banger of a cover!

A one-and-done caliber cover for Starlin (or any artist for that matter). Not only the most prominent players from the cosmic universe, but some of the most popular Marvel characters too. I don't think Jim could have squeezed anything more into this spectacular image. Congrats on this phenomenal piece Dino!

Wow! Splendid Warlock cover by Jim Starlin! What an action-packed cover! Amazing how many heroes Stalin packed on one page! Fun to see Thor, the Thing, Captain Marvel, the Beast and Warlock all battling Thanos! Starlin was so good at creating dynamic action scenes like this one. What a terrific pick-up!
