Description

Marvel UK, 1976
An all-new Ape-tastic cover for this British black and white weekly reprint book!
The cover was for a reprint of the 1975 Planet of the Apes Marvel magazine.
The cover art was created in ink over blue pencil on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 11" x 11.25".
It is signed by both artists in the lower right.
The reverse side bears a pasted-up sign-off box for issue #88, indicating that this cover might have been originally intended for issue #88 to by inked by Frank Giacoia instead.
In Excellent condition.
