He finished the pencil and ink February 2021. It's a larger piece at 15 by 20 inches done in pencil and ink. UPDATE - Dec. 13, 2021 Jeff shared his digital colors for this piece! Every one of them with their own natural Spidery pose! Can't go wrong with a "best of" commission!

Thanks, Marchus! I'm always impressed when the artist can successfully pose this many characters in a piece. The birds and backgrounds give it that extra story too.

Not necessarily just the pose on paper, but representing their indivduality and personality in such a big mash up, Spokes had to choose just the right way to draw each one of them.

That is such a great observation. One I hadn't fully thought about here. Those poses really help the eye recogonize the character that much faster.

Watch out cuz the Spider gang is back in town! I'm thinking the music from West Side Story is playing while they are all jumping and shouting, "Spiders!" Lol! This is an awesome piece that really captures all these characters in mid-leap. Huge congrats!

I'll second that use of West Side Story soundtrack music, lol. The gang is definitely all here, and I also like the city background and how some birds are flying along with them.
