DescriptionA few months into the pandemic last year I was starting to feel overwhelmed and really was looking for something to look forward to. To anticipate. I had been wanting to add more from Simone to my collection for a while and reached out to Simone and his sister Gloria to see if he was taking on commissions during the pandemic. Right time, right place - they said yes.I gave two characters to choose form. I love Simone's color work in the greens and yellows, and leaned into it a little with either Mister Miracle in some kirby-esque death trap or a Golden Age Green Lantern. I figured either of these I would be immensely happy with and asked that I not know his choice or see the piece until it arrives. The dreaming of what could be would occupy my mind on many times when I needed a break from the dumpster fire of 2020 and the result turned out more spectacular than I had hoped. What a great surprise from a amazing artist and new friend! Thank you deeply to Simone and Gloria for working with me on this! Social/Sharing |

Ah! So youre the owner of this awesome Instagram uodate! Way cool my friend. Agreed, 2020 was a full fledged torture session for us all. Glad you got something positive out of it. This Mister Miracle indeed does his royal awesomeness King Kirby, proud!
