Fantastic Four #523, Pg 15 - Reed, Ben and Sue try to stop Galactus (now Galen)!

I’ve been looking for a page with Sue using Johnny’s powers as the Human Torch for a while, and finally had the chance to add one. Galactus, now transformed into Galen by the FF, has toured NYC with Ben, Johnny and Alicia, who try to make the case for sparing the Earth.

Galen slips into Reed’s machine, and for a moment, the team thinks he’s about to destroy the Earth... but instead, Galen reveals that he will willingly exile himself to “provide a respite from Galactus’ wrath in this universe” after recognizing part of himself in Earth’s indomitable will to survive... great stuff from Wieringo and Waid, setting us up for their last issue on the title.
