Description
What Hulk fan doesn't love a good Wolverine image, especially when it says Death of? Partial page from Death of Wolverine by McNiven. Love Wolvie's stare!

Great moment from that book. I love the understated hello as Kitty puts her arm through Lady Deathstrike's chest in the full page. And everyone loves a good Wolverine image, especially from McNiven. Even on a bust image, he gets in a lot of great detail and visual storytelling.  Congrats!

Thanks! This is one of those instances where buying the art caused me to buy the book. Great read!

Nice stare as you say and also cool he's got a little wry smile there - don't see what with Logan too often :) Congrats!

Agreed, wry smile adds "well done" after the hey kitty remark

Hah! Congrats. I love McNiven's Wolverine and his face closeups. Sooo good!

Quite striking! There's something about Wolverine with a patch of some kind over one eye that somehow makes the character even cooler than he already is. McNiven draws a HECK of a Logan too! Congrats on owning work by the artist.

Thanks for sharing this here!

Great image!  I find it interesting that you lose some of Wolvie's smile/smirk in the colorized version.  I definitely prefer the original art on this one.  Congrats!!

Steve McNiven's art absolutely fantastic. I've been looking for something of his to add to my collection as well - great pickup Dave!

I'm always amazed at how clean McNiven's prelims are. Great piece from a fun arc!

A pencilled preliminary was included with each Original Art page that Spencer initiallu sold. Did you only get the pencils? Each page included a pencil preliminary piece, a limited edition print, the inked piece over bluelines, a certificate of authenticity all inside an oversized envelope. The envelope and the certificate were numbered and authenticated by Comic Book Certification Services. Nice page I have two pages from this same issue! Congrats Dave!
