This looks like it may have been published, as it's stamped on the back, but for the life of me I can't figure out where yet - perhaps in the TPB or similar reprint of the Marvel Two-in-One Project Pegasus storyline

If anyone knows, please advise.

Looks so much like a handbook page, but know it's not that. Pretty darn cool regardless.

It's a terrific image, though the date is also puzzling, as the Project Pegasus Saga was in 1979, and his solo series didn't start until 1989.

So what would require an image like that halfway between the two?

Possibly a failed pitch?
