DescriptionVictor Juhasz, a terrific contemporary illustrator, drew with promo illustration for Mother Jones magazine in the mid-to-late 1980s, around the time that the Iran-Contra scandal broke. The illustration was done for prospective subscribers, and features Bush, Reagan, Oliver North and Pat Robertson all giving razzberries to folks who are considering a subscription. The illustration features some truly wonderful and fluid pen work, possibly with a slight nod towards Edward Sorel's wonderful ink and caricature work.Social/Sharing |
