From the first story of the issue, "Fateful Choices". Deathlok's mission is interfered with by S.H.I.E.L.D. As a result, Deathlock ends up interfering with the Falcon's plans to retire as a super-hero. Deathlok makes his hallmark way of entering the room, through the wall! As Dum Dum Dugan declares in the final panel, "I don't think this is gonna end quietly!". and it doesn't.
