Description

Every October, this small Ohio college town stages a kind of civic Street Festival, themed around "Halloween". Sandy Plunkett has been commissioned by the organizers (a number of times in the past) of these shows, to design t-shirts/posters coinciding with the Event. This, is the color rough for the 2004 image, previously posted in my Gallery. It is a combination of watercolor, colored pencils, and crayon..
