This bust is drawn on the inside of my copy of Mike Zeck's Classic Marvel Stories by IDW. I was able to pick it up from Mike's site a while back after I jumped on an e-mail he sent out to his list. I'd been considering the book anyways and the original Zeck piece made it a no brainer.

I personally hold Zeck at the tip top of my list of all time favorite artists, especially after his Cap run and Deathstroke covers. Oh yeah, and Punisher was pretty good too;)
His run on Cap is what made me (and so many other collectors) get heavy into collecting Captain America.

As far as the book I'd say it's nearly a must have for Zeck fans. The premium size is awesome and really the only way to appreciate the art throughout - including some of his best and most memorable Marvel work. Huge thanks to Zeck, all the collectors whose pieces are showcased - and of course IDW for making that book happen.
It is one cool flip through.

I'm right there with you, bud. Zeck is an absolute fave - in my top 3 easily. His '80s work was tops in terms of the art itself and its contributions to the medium. Cap was a BIG part of that. Congrats, man!
