Not sure who is Julia Kendall, but reminds me a lot of an old Audrey Hepburn film. Very well bought!

She's a criminologist, the main character of a comic book series published by Bonelli in Italy... and you're absolutely right, her character design is overtly lifted from Audrey Hepburn :)
