DescriptionRIMA, THE JUNGLE GIRL # 1 KUBERT, REDONDO & McCORKINDALEI've been looking for a Joe Kubert cover from the 70s DC series RIMA, THE JUNGLE GIRL for many years. To the best of my knowledge, they no longer exist or are buried so deep in a collection that they will never appear on the market. At least one of the seven covers exists. The Kubert cover to issue 5 was sold at the Wiess Auction on Jan 19th, 2023. Therefore, I asked the extremely talented Bruce McCorkindale to produce a recreation. However, as much as I like the art of Kubert, I much preferred Rima as she was drawn by Nestor Redondo. So, this is the cover to RIMA #! with Rima drawn in the style of Redondo. Social/Sharing |
