Description

Black Lightning discusses with Inspector Henderson why the fight against The 100 isn't over even though BL has put crime boss, Tobias Whale, out of commission.

Writer Tony Isabella learned a lot writing for characters such as the Kingpin at Marvel and it's hard not to see the influence in the creation of Tobias Whale.

Love this early work from Trevor Von Eeden who was only 16-17 years old when he penciled this issue from DC's first solo title to feature an African-American hero. Vince Colletta doesn't get a lot of love from fans but I actually like his fine-pointed inking style here.
