DescriptionDan Panosian hit this X-Men: Hellfire Gala commission out of the park during one of their live streams on the Original Drink and Draw Social Club. Who else out there is just so damn impressed how far Dan has come as an artist since his early days in the comic industry? For those fans out there that do not know the Original Drink and Draw Social Club is a channel located on YouTube. Not only can you watch established artists in the comic book industry draw, but the name of the show gives me a reason to drink, so that doesn't hurt either. If you want to see Dan's genius in real time watch and listen to the OSCAR WILDE Drink and Draw episode! Enjoy! Social/Sharing |

I like the framework placing the White Queen in front of the painting. Unique layout executed fantasically on these sinister illuminatti types who would commission themselves in a large painting.

Excellent. Both the linework and expressions on the faces are amazing.

Yeah that hope for a future still sits with the charecters at this age. I've been thinking about requesting a follow up with the charecters more weatherd including Jean Grey as the Black Queen.

Love how this looks so much like those 19th century portraits put up in old-school men's clubs. Just a friendly group of business people, nothing more...

Oh man am I jealous of this one. I didn't have the scratch to buy it, but I sure do love it. Enjoy!

Awesome piece by Dan! I’m fairly impressed by the expression in the various eyes in particular.

What a great commission from the design to the artwork itself
