Description
Now I'll admit when I bought this cover in 2015, I was not very familiar with Earth 2 and this particular "World's End" story line. Since then, thanks to more extensive reading and the Arrowverse TV shows, I have learned a lot more about the Multiverse and how DC is constantly re-inventing their characters due to things like Infinite Crisis and Flashpoint.
It's still all quite confusing to me though.

BUT at the time, my reasons for picking it up were: 1) Paolo Siqueira is an amazing talent, 2) I love battle covers with lots of characters in action, 3) I think Batman (who is apparently Thomas Wayne on this Earth) was drawn especially well, 4) Any cover with Power Girl and Huntress is aces in my book, and 5) I dig all of those creepy looking versions of Superman (which I found out are nasty clones).

Happy to share this one. Thanks for looking!

Nice pick up! I agree DC multiverse is too confusing.  The art is brilliant though.  Not hard to appreciate at all. Glad you still like it 6 years after you got it!

Complex composition!  It's more than I can make out in this original form.  Just an amazing cover!

I really like Siqueira's work and this is certainly a fabulous looking cover. In spite of how much is going on in this scene with so many characters, he did a great job creating the illusion of separation, so it's easy for the eyes to focus.

Paolo Siqueira has a unique style which comes alive with his dynanic covers like this intense battle scene.  Genius pick-up Paul--- even if you didn't know at the time :-)

That noseless Franken-Superman is going to haunt me. The stitched up baddies are disturbingly cool. I really dig that design by Siqueira. And no kidding on his talent! Getting that much detail into a small area, but having everything be distinct, is no small feat. I love how he alternated his inking, and crosshatching, to create depth in the scene, and differentiation between the characters. Very nice work. Congrats!

When this is all over, you. Me. A '70 canary-yellow Subaru 360, a bucket of ice, a bottle of seagull wine-- and a loooong vacation. But first...let's crack some skulls.

Great example of Siqueira's work!  He packs so much awesome detail into his images and makes it seem easy!  Check out the stitch line detail in Batman's cape!  Powerful battle image indeed, Paul - big congrats!
