These odd diagonal shaped panels always signal fast paced action and lots of Thrills. Von Eeden really steps up with the entire page design work.
Another fantastic gem in your collection. von Eeden's rendering and layouts on Thriller were incredibly innovative and his work overall is, sadly, underappreciated.
Late 83 - very early 84, Thriller was my favorite comic For a short instant, supplanted Miller's Daredevil.
Agreed. It had so much promise. Those first six or seven issues were gold.
I love that Von Eeden's work on this series found a good home.
