I was thinking lobes.
Well, there is certainly a pair of ugly Martians there and Sonja is the rose between the two thorns.

Wow, publishers will stop at nothing to get their characters to cross over with any licensed property, will they? Where you at, Nick Barrucci!? 😀
Oh, and Sonja's breast are very nicely illustrated. When you have that to admire, why would you stop to notice the Martians and Sonja's ear lobes?!? What a couple of wild freaks West and Marcus are!
This crossover looks hilariously awesome! I will have to find the book in the near future.
