Description

Another big check on the X-men quest! And a wonderful example of Don Heck�s X-men work. Full team shot in the first panel and great dialogue of Prof X explaining the myth of Frankenstein (marvels version first appearance btw). Various X-men throughout the other panels! Big shout out to my friend Dino for letting this twice up beauty go!

Fantastic piece, I remember seeing this one or maybe it was another page from this book. So great to see full team in upper left, also first fulL issue in new costumes. Great 1st of Frankenstein! Congrats!!

Damn. Professor X shaming his students for not keeping up with the curriculum. You know Chuck, they had to fight the Sentinels and your lousy brother last semester. It's not like you couldn't implant everything you know in everyone's brain.

That first panel is incredible. What a great rendering of the whole team, and that Frankenstein bust is awesome. Sweet early X-Men magic from Heck and Tuska. Big congrats!

Really bold inks by Tuska, giving real weight to the faces. Heck's profile of Marvel Girl in the fourth panel is fabulous.
