Description

Toxin, son of Carnage, grandson of Venom. In this New Avengers tie-in, former police officer and symbiote host, Patrick Mulligan, has been tasked by the very, very busy Spider-Man to round up a couple of super villains from "Breakout." On this page, Toxin has tracked down King Cobra who just finished a romp with a lovely lady. I love how Darick Robertson drew King Cobra to mimic an actual cobra in the last panel.

Wow! Never read this book but love these panels. The inks are wonderfully placed and the King Cobra "stance" at the end wonderfully showcases the personality of the character AND the series itself!

Nice left cross and forshortening for that first panel that shows off both characters. No skimping on detail with all that snake scale hide!
