Description

This is Plate No. 7 from Stephen Fabian's "Queen of the Black Coast" portfolio, published by the House of Fantasy Bookstore in 1976. This final black and white plate illustrates Robert E. Howard's quintessential hero, Conan, as he buries Belit in a fitting manner. "She belonged to the sea, to its everlasting mystery he returned her."
