Nice page! So, is this the silver age Bruce of earth 1 that remembers being active during WWII, or the golden age earth 2 Bruce? If it is the earth 1 Bruce, then DC was admitting at the time that he had been active for 25+ years!
Nice page!! I like how the cape in the 2nd panel flows into the arches in the 1st panel. In that bottom panel is Bats really speaking English or is it translated from German?
Great, dramatic panel layouts to convey the dramatic action occuring o nthe page. I specially love the 3rd panel, where if you lay eyes on it immediately, it appears as if it's an actual bat hangin upside down. And who doesn't love a good image of a Nazi getting ass whupped?
I never get tired of seeing Nazis get punched. Take some notes, Cap, because that last panel is a fantastic Fascist Flip. All Adams, with his great action and dynamic panels? Suh-weet! Congrats!
Batman has wine cellar jokes! This page is great, I hope you didn't have to spend too much time rasin funds to buy it!
happy birthday Neal!!! Wow Marcus, awesome page. Great Batman Neal Adams action and WWII flashback to boot. Very nice. Congrats!
What an amazing example of Neal's perfect layouts. Although everything on this page could be a highlight, what stands out to me is the technique he used to convey that action in the final panel - an amazing decision to incorporate a freeze frame effect.
I think it's YOUR birthday - getting a nice Adams panel page from the best period ! This one's brave AND bold, huge congrats !
Happy Birthday Neal!!!!! Great page from my all time favorite artist (tho you couldn't tell it from my gallery LOL). I still remember trying to hunt down all these B&B issues after I got my checklists from the Neal Adams Index. Of course you gotta love the trademark unconventional panel design. Not many artist you can say this about, but there's no such thing as a bad Neal Adams page.
Gotta love Batman hanging upside down and taking out some Nazis!
Great example from Neal's peak period.
Great action page, with great flow and motion. Definitely a keeper!
Congrats!
Perfect pièce Neal Adams - congratulations !!
Great page. Creates the sense of confusion the soldier is feeling along with decisive motion throughout.
Such a wonderfully dynamic layout! It's always fun to see the really great figure artists showboat by drawing out all the figures in different angles when depicting action scenes.
This page can be titled, "How to Handle Nazis: A Visual Instruction Manual."
That's some excellent bat action at the bottom.
Man, how old is Bruce Wayne if he was fighting nazis? He makes Steve Rogers look like a youngster! This is a great action page by Adams. And you picked the perfect day to post it!
Congrats on adding such an awesome Neal Adams page to your collection!!!
Wow!!! What a page!!! Congrats on this beauty!!!
Spectacular page! Can't believe Adams is 80... How is it that he can *still* draw so well 2 decades into the 21st Century? I spent ~2 hours yakking with him while he drew sketches and pitched his wares at the Denver Fan Expo just a couple years ago and he is indestructable.
What a rgeat dynamic examples - love Batman tossing the Nazi!
Great page with all the challenging layout one would expect from an Adams page
Happy bday Neal! As always beautifully done art.
A beautiful page to celebrate the master. Neal was the master of capturing Batman in action.
THIS IS SO GREAT! NEVER SAW BATMAN SMAKIN DOWN SWASTIKAS BEFORE!!! AWESOME!!!
Wonderful page, Marcus! You are so right about that fantastic sequential panel work. That's a beauty.
Killer action and that bottom panel takes the cake!!! Congratulations Marcus!! This is a gem!!
Neal on Neal: a double treat! Unbeatable!
Brilliant Batman acrobatic action! A Neal Adams page like this is a huge accomplishment. Congrats!
Great page Marcus. Congratulations
This page is miraculous! Simple yet complex
There is no definitive collection without a page by Neal Adams - and you got one, congrats !
Amazing Adams Page ! Congrats !
The old guy dressed in a bat suit and hanging in wine cellar rafters trick. That's the second tine I fell for it this month.
Just an Incredible Neal Adams example here!! Congrats on having this one in your collection!!
Adams... the ultimate gateway between comics' past and present. With respect paid to his forebears (he was the one who pointed me to Frazetta's art at a convention when I naively mentioned Matt Baker as the GA's greatest), and of course, his endless influences on the artists who came after him. Congrats on this exemplary page, Marcus, which has his many gifts on display!
That dynamic bottom panel is a beauty!!
The layout of this page is fantastic! Adams was so ahead of his time!
Excellent page!!!
That's a beauty. Very nice.
Wow, such a cool Adams Batman B&B, just great, congrats!! 🦇
I love how Adams broke the convention of traditional panels....
It just doesn't get any better than this.

What can be said...awesomeness on display!

I love this page. Sgt. Rock by Adams. How awesome!
What a page!!! From the beautifully designed panel layout, the unique panel shapes, the variety of vantage points and the fantastic use of concluding sequential action make this page very special on so many levels... all combine to celebrate Adams' genius and creativity!
