Lesser doing his best McGinnis homage, using Sophia Loren as the inspiration for the model, on this Carter Brown myustery. Got this from Mitch Itkowitz at the only Windy City Pulp & Paperback show he ever did, at least 10 years ago.

Definitely, I thought McGinnis with the bare foot and those dreammy eyes! Lesser is pretty amazing.

Your description says it all. If I could add, love the textures and colors here. Recently had a discussion with Rich Dannys about an Italian piece of art where the girl looked like Sophia Loren and he remarked that Italian artists version of women is often in the form of Sophia Loren. My remark back was that I thought all the women over there must in fact look like Sophia. Ron is American if I am correct and clearly even he knows all about it. Thanks for posting so the rest of us can enjoy this wonderful work of art.
