Description
The figures of the judge on the left in both the publicity still and the bottom right watercolor for the Good Housekeeping page have happy expressions, unlike the angry one seen in the drawing. The expression used for the drawing is actually consistent with the actual narrative of the cartoon, in which the judge is disgusted over the choice Miss Muffin makes for her consort. I don't know who made the decision to make the changes in the final art, but apparently it was felt that smiles were better than angry faces in promoting the cartoon.
