Description

I have a weakness for the increasingly psychedelic imagery of Shaky Kane (Michael Coulthard), who cut his teeth on 80s and 90s era British comics and now does all manner of experimental independent projects that push the form and assault my senses.

This is the original art for the DPS all on one board, with what I believe is a stat of the alien on the lower right pasted on. The levitating car and cow are drawn on the board, but clearly not the same as what was used on the published version. Shaky's MO is to digitally arrange multiple images from separate drawings to compose his finished pages, so my guess is that he added the stat and drew in the smaller elements to the OA of the large primary drawing to get a single physical piece.
