DescriptionVery lucky and happy to have a Sin City page....with Miho on full display...from Frank Miller's first all original art/story graphic novel.Love how Frank used much heavier inking for the villain and for Dwight...but, then, used much softer inking and line work for all Miho art. His art on Miho is so exquisite, even her "wardrobe malfunction" in the bottom panel is still very artistic. This page has great profile shots of Miho...even her trademark roller skates. Her silent, deadly assassin persona is on full display. Dwight remarks "You've offended her"...foreshadowing how she is about to strike. I have Bill Cox, Mitch Itkowitz and David S. to thank: Many years ago, Mitch worked with me to time pay for a Miller Lance Blastoff page. Then, last year 2020, David S. wanted to trade for my Blastoff page. It wasn't until Bill's November Comic Art Live event where we found this Sin City Family Values page for sale. David bought this page to trade to me. Win-Win all around. Social/Sharing |

Amazing page! Just love the contrast in inking styles Miller used for the three characters and the storytelling is terrific

Fabulous page from Sin City Family Values by Frank Miller. Wonderful moment from this book that focuses on Miho, one of the best characters from the title. I agree with you that it's interesting that Miho is drawn in thin, almost delicate, lines while the villain is rendered in thick, dark lines. It's also ironic because Miho is anything but delicate, as the foolish misanthrope is about to discover.
