Very happy to get this in my collection. This was artwork commissioned from the original owner (a former owner of a comic shop) at HeroesCon in 1993.

Weiringo may have had a cartoony style to his figures, but they were some of the most dynamic poses you could ask for. This was true for his run on Flash where his linework had kinetic enegry and a boundless frequency to reverberate through the speed force.
