A few years ago I attended a small Comicon, and Arvell Jones was there. He had this page with him. In fact, he said that this page belonged to his wife and she had to approve selling it. It was everything you want in a Cap page. But I didn�t buy it immediately. After not buying it, I regretted it for months. Then, I saw them at another Con and bought it on the spot. Sometimes, a piece just speaks to you, and karma, fate, or whatever gives you a second chance. I love this image. Glad I own it. I�m not entirely sure who inked it. The credits are for both Dan & David Day for this story. So it could be either one.

Yeah, it looks like those MOKF inks the Day brothers did. It's Jones at his finest as a story teller and action choreographer!

Great page with a great personal story. Cap vs. Red Skull, that's a keeper.

I got this Cap annual when it came out and enjoyed it immensely! One of the rare annuals where every story was good especially the main one featuring this page (written by Roy Thomas) which I always thought was awesome! Congrats!
