Bought this off Bob Lewis at a VA Comicon. I just liked the look/design/layout. I believe he told me it was from a fanzine.

Update: "Hi Chris, This almost assuredly Dave Russell from Fantastic Fanzine (in #10, 11, 12, 13, Special #1), Marvel Mirror (all issues), Quintessence (all issues) Collector's Chronicle (all issues) and many other zines from 1968-72. The giveaway is the "R" and the "68" plus it just looks like his early work to me. Just take a look at any Marvel Mirror and you'll know. He became a big time storyboard artist (Keaton Batman, Chronicles of Narnia, Return of the Jedi many others) and lives in Australia!" - Aaron Caplan
